This was my first time purchasing from shoedazzle and it was/is quite annoying. I went on blackfriday for the sale and it turns out their is no actual sale.
There was just the regular sale they usually have for new VIP members, which isnt much considering they pay for their membership. I put my shoes in the cart and noticed there was a box automatically checked that would too sign me up for monthly payments as a VIP member. It was annoying that they had it automatically checked but I saw a pair that only had 1 left and they were my size so I put them in my cart and paid for them along with another pair. It took them 4 days to email me that my shoes would be shipped separately due to a large amount of shoes being ordered at the time....
Just to receive another email the next day saying I bought a pair of shoes that said they were in stock but actually werent. So now im annoyed realizing theyve taken nearly a week to tell me ill have to wait another week for my shoes and one of them werent coming. I received another email earlier this morning saying that as a VIP member, theyre sorry for the inconvience and that the listed promo code would give me a $10 credit and 60% off my next order as a gift. I go to use it and the code is invalid and the credit isnt there.
I go back to read the email and Im confused as of why It says Im a member so I go to check and Im not.
So this misleading email basically is giving me a gift for their mess up but the only way I could use it is if I pay for the membership. wow
