Why have I received an alert from my chime account attempting to make fraudulent unauthorized transactions on my chime card made by ShoeDazzle? I did not give permission or did I make this attempt charge to my card. Please help with this issue i would hate to leave a bad review and tell my friends and family about this. Please explain to me what is going on and why!?

Company takes money from customers

I ordered shoes from shoe dazzle about a year and a half to two years ago never signed up for a subscription, but my bank just notified me stating that shoe dazzle has been taking money out of my account every month for over a year and I want all my money back

I was very upset that every month they were taking out $49.00 dollar out of my account without my permission. I spoke to someone and she explained to me because the membership and vip, but still im thinking if should canceled my membership with shoesdazzle or not because i have other bills too to pay not jusr shoesdazzle. I purchased a pair of shoes in January the shoe was defected and I returned them for the same shoe. I decided to save the shoe for special occasion.

That occasion came to my surprise the same defect. I almost fell and was very embarrassed because of the shoe.

I contacted your customer service only to be told, of my status with shoe dazzle that I was not a VIP customer and longer eligible for a refund or a credit. This is unacceptable and one of the rudest companies i have ever dealt with.

Im holding the shoes awaiting a response from someone in your corporate office. If I do not get a response, I will take this further.

I ordered a pair of gorgeous sandals from Shoe dazzle for Mothers day. Received the sandals only to see they ran large and had to return them only for an exchange.

Was told after getting the the run around that they hadnt received them back to the warehouse yet. The person on the phone was new or simply didnt know what to say. Put me on hold only to return to say they werent back in the warehouse and couldnt send the replacement ones. Im out of shoes for Mothers Day.

So now I have to go run around to find another pair. I cant anymore with this company. Customer service is at its lowest for me.

Now I know why it took me a while to order again . One angry customer!!!
