I returned a blazer I ordered because it was too big.I purchased the blazer on 01/30/2017.
I initiated the return and shipped the item on 02/25/2017. As of today, 10/22/2017, I have yet to receive a refund for my return. I have made several calls to the company, every time I was ensured that that the refund would be posted to my account in a few days, which has never happened. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life!!!
Now they have $40 of my money. I cannot get anyone to cancel my membership.
They are the worst company I have ever dealt with.Not to mention that their products are very cheaply made.
