ShoeDazzle - Horrible and frustrating
On Tuesday I called shoe dazzle to check on their shipping policies. I spoke with an associate first then a supervisor.
I explained to both of them that I needed a pair of shoes by that coming Friday and when was the best time to order to make that happen. It was explained to me that if I did it no later than Wednesday at 11:59 AM (EST) I would be fine. On Wednesday morning at 8 AM (PST), which is 11 o'clock Eastern I called and placed my order, re-asking if I would receive my order by Friday. I was told that my order would be processed and shipped that same day and it would be to me by Friday.
Lo and behold, on Wednesday I received an email stating that my package has been shipped FedEx. On Thursday morning I checked the tracking information and it showed that only a label had been made for my package. After speaking with FedEx I called shoe dazzle. I spoke with another associate and another supervisor in management and was hung up on besides being told a completely different story than what I was told originally.
It makes no sense to me how a company as large as shoedazzle can't overnight a package not only that, they are on able to keep their word I'm getting a package to their customer between 1-2 days. I believe if I'm paying for this service the least they could do is make it happen!!!! I will NEVER shop with this company again!
They are lacking empathy, and do not know the meaning of the word customer service. I do not appreciate being lied to, I do not appreciate being lied to, and I do not appreciate just completely unsatisfactory behavior.
