I've been trying to contact an agent through several mediums and have yet to actually speak to an agent. This is ridiculous!

I've been waiting for hours! I've tried twice on "live chat" which is supposed to be available 7 days a week from 6 am to 6 pm, was left waiting an entire hour each time. Even tried calling them, was told it would be a nine-minute wait time. Was waiting for approximately fifteen minutes.

My issue with the order has still yet to be resolved and my frustration with this has increased due to recent events. From the looks of things, it doesn't seem that I will be shopping on this site ever again.

Very Saddening, I thought because it is connected with Justfab that it would be Ok. But I was wrong.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Customer made 1 call to the company using contacts on our site.
Company wrote 0 private or public responses to the review from Mar 13.
