ShoeDazzle - Harassment
They continue to send me email despite numerous requests to be removed from mailing list. I have also called customer service to be removed and have the account canceled/deleted.
None of this has been done. This has been going on for over six months. Per the FTC, this is in violation of the CAN SPAM Act - each violation being up to $16,000. http://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/can-spam-act-compliance-guide-business
I just want the emails to stop and my account deleted with all pertinent information deleted.
This should be honored with no issues, yet their aggressive marketing is overshadowing what is right. NOT RECOMMENDED!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Stop the emails and delete my account..

Dear ShoeDazzle, please be aware that not everyone chooses to use Twitter or Facebook. This is insulting to assume such nonsense; some people aren't interested in sharing every life moment or every thought that crosses our minds and certainly not thirsty for attention.
By limiting communication to these two sad and pathetic methods, you ostracize others.
Please don't insult my intelligence by stating this was just pertaining to MY account; your company uses aggressive marketing tactics and should be fined for such. DISGUSTING!
